The Philippine National Police (PNP) said it has not received any surrender feelers from Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa, according to a report on GMA News’ Unang Balita on Tuesday.
“Wala pa pong feelers as of now. 'Yun pong one week na binigay for him to be able to surrender, ito po ay sign of goodwill for him to be able to end this with dignity,” PNP spokesperson Police Colonel Allen Rae Co said

This is three days before the deadline set by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) for the senator to surrender.
Additional tracker teams have been deployed to locate Dela Rosa, according to PNP. But the PNP pointed out that authorities prefer for him to surrender voluntarily to avoid an unfavorable outcome.
Dela Rosa is wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) in connection with the crimes against humanity case involving former president Rodrigo Duterte’s war on drugs.
The senator is accused of being a co-perpetrator in the alleged crimes.
The DILG earlier claimed that Dela Rosa was hiding in Mindanao and was being protected by an armed and powerful group.
A P50-million reward is being offered for information that would lead to the senator’s arrest.
Meanwhile, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said it continues to receive information about Dela Rosa’s whereabouts and is pursuing leads to locate him.
“Para sa paghanap natin kay Bato, we will not leave any stone unturned. Lahat ng bato ay ating babaliktarin para mahanap natin si Senator Bato,” NBI chief Melvin Matibag said.
