KioskNews doesn't have accounts, doesn't run ads, and doesn't operate a server that collects anything from you. This page explains exactly what happens when you use the app.
Your theme, your language, the sources you've hidden or added, your saved articles, and your read history are all stored locally on your device. None of it is transmitted to us — we don't have a server to send it to.
Each of these sees the URL being requested and standard connection metadata (like your IP address) — the same information any website you visit would see. Each operates under its own privacy practices, which we don't control.
No accounts. No analytics or tracking SDKs. No advertising. No data broker relationships — there's nothing of yours for us to sell.
If you export a backup, KioskNews writes a file to your device and hands it to your phone's native share sheet — you choose exactly where it goes. We never receive a copy.
KioskNews isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, which applies equally regardless of age.

If you add a custom RSS feed, you're responsible for what you point the app at and for respecting that source's own terms of use.
