The service
KioskNews aggregates publicly published RSS content from third-party news outlets that you select. We don't write, edit, or endorse that content — we display summaries and links, and offer an optional clean reading view for convenience.
Ownership
All article text, images, and trademarks belong to their original publishers. KioskNews claims no ownership over third-party content. Every article links back to its original source, and full articles are always available there.
No warranty
Content accuracy, availability, and uptime depend on third parties we don't control — the RSS feeds themselves, and the extraction and proxy services described in our Privacy Policy. KioskNews is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.
Your own sources
If you add a custom RSS feed, you're responsible for what you point the app at and for respecting that source's own terms of use.
Acceptable use
Don't use KioskNews in a way that violates a publisher's terms of service, or to circumvent access restrictions a publisher has put in place.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KioskNews and its developer aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the update.
