Reggie has given his first update since his court date with Kai Cenat, and he insists it didn't go the way many people expected. Speaking on a livestream on November 3, the streamer and former Clover Boys member said a judge ruled that he has to stay away from Kai for 12 months. But Reggie was keen to make one thing clear. He says Kai was never suing him."I was never getting sued," Reggie said. "He can't even sue me. See how that works?"
Reggie says he was never getting sued by Kai Cenat despite the allegations he made against him and reveals the judge ruled he has to stay away from Kai for 12 months “I was never getting sued. That's the 48. He can't even sue me…” https://t.co/gpuwSTA2uh

What Reggie said about the court ruling
Reggie explained the outcome in his own words."The judge ruled I gotta stay away from that guy for 12 months," he said.
He followed it by insisting that he has no interest in causing trouble."I don't have no intention of going around him," Reggie said. "I don't wanna harm that guy. I don't wanna do nothing to that guy. I don't wanna do nothing to nobody."
He ended on a simpler note, telling viewers,"I just rap." The 12-month term comes from Reggie himself, and no court record or statement from Kai's side has confirmed the exact length. Other accounts from the hearing say Kai was granted the stalking protective order he asked for, with Reggie barred from AMP properties and from mentioning Kai directly or indirectly.
How Reggie and Kai Cenat ended up in court
The pair have been at odds since late September, when Reggie left the Clover Boys and began making allegations against Kai. Kai and the other streamer involved have denied them.
On October 2, Kai's lawyers sent Reggie a cease-and-desist letter, calling his claims"categorically false," demanding he delete his videos and accusing him of threatening Kai and people connected to him. Kai then filed for a stalking protective order, and the hearing was set for November 3. That's why Reggie's "never getting sued" point matters to him. A protective order is not a lawsuit for damages. It simply limits contact between the two people involved.
Reggie's diss track before the hearing
Reggie didn't go into the hearing quietly. On the same day, he released a diss track called"Before Court," with an official music video that took a shot at Kai's toughness.
If the reported terms are accurate, that kind of direct jab could now be off the table for the next year.
