Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri get protective of Suhana after vermilion spreads on her face

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan visited the famous Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai with his wife Gauri Khan and daughter Suhana Khan last night. The family was part of the evening aarti as they stepped out for Ganesh darshan.

A video from their outing has caught attention online for a sweet moment between Shah Rukh, Suhana and Gauri. After the darshan, Suhana Khan appeared to have vermilion on her nose and around her eye.Gauri was seen gently using her dupatta to help Suhana clean the area and soothe the irritation. Meanwhile, the ‘Jawan’ star also attended to his daughter and tried to wipe the vermilion from her nose, making sure she was comfortable.Another video from the celebrations shows Shah Rukh wiping vermilion from his own face and cleaning the sweat from his forehead.

Pooja Dadlani was seen helping him with her dupatta. She has been associated with Shah Rukh for several years and accompanied him during his visit to the famous pandal. A user on X wrote, “Pooja offered her dress to srk, to wipe his sweat from face, how cute.”For the festive outing, Shah Rukh wore a blue traditional kurta, while Gauri opted for a yellow ethnic outfit.

Suhana was seen in a green traditional ensemble.

Shah Rukh Khan talks about family Ganpati celebrations

Shah Rukh had also spoken about his family’s Ganpati celebrations during an #AskSRK session on X. When a fan asked about the celebrations, he said, “Wife does the Aarti and then the prayers and tonight will do the Visarjan. Kids and friends gather to hang around and laugh a lot. Very simple and family time.”

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for ‘King’, directed by Siddharth Anand.

The film is special as it marks the first theatrical collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and his daughter Suhana Khan. Suhana will make her theatrical debut with the film.

‘King’ also stars Deepika Padukone and Abhishek Bachchan in important roles, along with Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Jaideep Ahlawat and Raghav Juyal.The film is scheduled to release on December 24, 2026. It will arrive during the Christmas period, shortly after ‘Avengers: Doomsday’, which is scheduled for December 18, 2026.
