TV on the Radio Dust Off “Wolf Like Me” on Kimmel: Watch

TV on the Radio celebrated the 20th anniversary of their 2006 album Return to Cookie Mountain with a special performance of “Wolf Like Me” on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in their native Brooklyn on Monday night.

Kimmel is in the midst of hosting a New York week of shows, with episodes being taped at Brooklyn Academy of Music’s Howard Gilman Opera House. Following guest segments from Jon Hamm, Pete Davidson, and NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani, TV on the Radio took the stage for a fuzzy, urgent rendition of “Wolf Like Me.” 20 years may have gone by, but frontman Tunde Adebimpe has retained his spirited yelp and the band have refused to tone down their intensity. The song has also been given some renewed interest thanks to its placement in this summer’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day; still, as shown in their performance, “Wolf Like Me” has been this catchy and electric the whole time. TV on the Radio have been back in the action over the last couple of years, completing a lengthy slate of tour dates and festival appearances in 2025. They’re gearing up for another major hometown show this week, too; the band will support The Strokes alongside Beach House and Fcukers on Friday, October 2nd at Flushing Meadows in Queens.
