"Perfect" new Shaun the Sheep movie is coming to Sky Cinema this Christmas

A Shaun the Sheep movie hailed as "perfect" and "charming" is coming to Sky Cinema in time for Christmas. The Beast of Mossy Bottom, released in September, follows the titular woolly hero as he attempts to save Halloween for the residents of Mossy Bottom Farm.
His adventure is hit with an unexpected hit when the farmer suddenly goes missing, and a mysterious beast begins roaming the hills nearby.
It is set to be available to stream from the comfort of your home via Sky Cinema this December, with an exact release date yet to be revealed.

Despite competing against Resident Evil and The Weight at the time of its release, Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom grossed a worldwide total of $14 million and garnered critical acclaim.
It holds a near-perfect 99% score on Rotten Tomatoes, making it the joint top-rated Shaun the Sheep film on the review aggregator alongside the original 2015 film.
The critics' consensus reads: "Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom combines snappy visual comedy and Aardman's endearingly handmade aesthetic to craft a charming, deceptively funny monster movie pastiche."
In Digital Spy's five-star review of the "perfect" film, we said: "As with the best of Aardman, the movie works for both young and old. There's an excellent mix of silly humour for the younger viewers and jokes for the adults watching too, including some brilliant horror nods from Psycho to Friday the 13th."
Several other huge titles are coming to Sky Cinema over winter, including the record-breaking indie horror hit Obsession, Mark Wahlberg-starring historical crime thriller By Any Means, and British rom-com Finding Emily.

Users can access Sky Cinema directly through Sky, via Virgin Media TV, or using a NOW TV membership.
