The Witcher 3 Remastered on PC: Minimum requirements and recommended specs

With The Witcher 3 Remastered launching today (29 September), it should come as no surprise that CD Projekt has revealed the minimum requirements and recommended specs to get the game running.
With enhanced graphics and improved combat, this promises to be a fairly significant overhaul to The Witcher 3, which, lest we forget, originally came out in 2015.

Which PC platforms can play The Witcher 3 Remastered?
The Witcher 3 Remastered is available on GOG, Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Better yet, if you already own the game on one of those PC platforms, you'll be able to upgrade to the remastered version at no extra cost.
