Panthers work out 9 players on Tuesday

The Carolina Panthers got themselves a look at more than a handful of players on Tuesday.

Per the league transaction wire, the team brought in nine players for workouts today. Those players are as follows:

• TE Devin Culp

• TE Rivaldo Fairweather

• TE Joshua Simon

• LB Cade Denhoff

• LB Dasan McCullough

• CB Jalen Kimber

• CB Kobee Minor

• CB Ambry Thomas

• CB Marco Wilson

Ultimately, the Panthers signed Wilson to their practice squad.

The 27-year-old Fort Lauderdale, Fla. native and University of Florida product was selected in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals. He'd make 37 starts over 43 games for the Cardinals—amassing 158 combined tackles, three interceptions, an interception return for a touchdown and three forced fumbles.

Wilson has also picked up stops with the New England Patriots, the Cincinnati Bengals and, most recently, the Miami Dolphins.
