Cole Palmer and Trent Alexander-Arnold have been named in England’s 27-member squad for its Nations League fixtures in September and October.
The duo were part a long list of high profile names that were not included in England’s FIFA World Cup 2026 squad.
Meanwhile, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw, and Phil Foden, after missing out on the World Cup, were once again not considered.
Liverpool’s 18-year-old forward Rio Ngumoha has also been included along with Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott and Leeds forward Dominic Calvert Lewin.
