India clinched a third Men’s Junior Hockey Asia Cup title on the trot after beating South Korea 4-1 in the gold-medal match in Moqi, China on Sunday.
This triumph came hours after the Indian women’s team also bagged a third-straight crown after beating China 1-0 in their final.

This win also confirmed India’s berth in the FIH Men’s Junior Hockey World Cup, set to be held next year.
India captain Anmol Ekka and Ajeet Yadav sounded the board in the first quarter before Prabhdeep Singh added another to the team’s tally in the second.
Ashu Maurya put the result beyond doubt with a goal in the 50th minute, before Korea skipper Lee Minhyeok scored a consolation goal four minutes later.
