Multiple sources in Italy report that Mario Gila, Adrien Rabiot, and Diego Moreira returned to training today, so they are expected to be available against Inter on Saturday.
Milan have received positive news from their medical staff on Thursday, the day after a 4-2 loss against Bologna at San Siro.

Sky Sport Italia and Gazzetta claim that three of their injured players, Gila, Rabiot and Moreira, completed a full training session with the rest of the team today.
All three missed Milan’s 4-2 loss to Bologna on Wednesday, and Rabiot’s participation in today’s training session comes as a slight surprise, given that the Frenchman was not expected to be available against Inter.

As things stand, however, he, Gila and Moreira are expected to be available against the Nerazzurri in two days’ time.
Fikayo Tomori, who suffered an injury against Bologna yesterday, will be assessed today, while Alexis Saelemaekers, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Samuel Chukwueze and Matteo Gabbia will miss the derby della Madonnina.
