A new ACOTAR card game is giving fans another way to immerse themselves in Prythian ahead of the highly anticipated release of the sixth book on Oct. 27. Priorities: A Court of Thorns and Roses Edition brings the fantasy saga’s characters, settings, and memorable moments into a cooperative party game where players have to rank ACOTAR-inspired picks from love to loathe. The card game makes its way into the market following the success of Monopoly’s ACOTAR Special Edition and other popular romantasy-inspired board games, like Monopoly’s Fourth Wing.
For Acotarites accustomed to dissecting mating bonds, debating High Lords, and defending favorite characters, the real challenge in this game is deciding which parts of Prythian deserve devotion, and which belong at the bottom of the list.

Priorities: A Court of Thorns and Roses Edition Game
2K Bought in the Past Month
Designed for two or more players aged 17 and up, and takes roughly 20 minutes to play.
Each round, one person assumes the role of the High Lord and secretly ranks five cards featuring characters, locations, objects, and moments from ACOTAR, ordering them from most loved to most disliked. The remaining players form the “Inner Circle” and must work together to predict that ranking.
Every correct placement earns the group a card, while incorrect guesses benefit the game. Players must collect cards whose letters spell “Priorities” before the game completes the word first. Strategy matters, but understanding the other player’s preferences is just as important.
The popular card game arrives just before the release of A Court of Splintered Harmony, aka ACOTAR 6, on Oct. 27, and we predict it will be a staple at ACOTAR-themed parties leading up to its publication, having already seen fans post about the game on TikTok.
After five years of waiting, ACOTAR fans are just days away from returning to Prythian, and the anticipation is tangible. Social media is aflame with plot theories, making it nearly impossible to open an app without seeing spoilers, and for folks who want to celebrate the publication with fellow Acotarians, Barnes & Noble is planning midnight release parties at more than 500 stores nationwide.

A Non-Spoiler Summary of the ACOTAR Series
ACOTAR begins with Feyre Archeron, a human huntress whose decision to kill a wolf draws her into the dangerous, magical realm of Prythian. There, she encounters the Fae, whose immortal lives conceal intricate political rivalries, ancient threats, and complicated loyalties. What starts as a dark, romantically charged retelling of Beauty and the Beast expands into a sweeping fantasy saga exploring power, sacrifice, identity, and the meaning of belonging.
