Napoli rely on Kevin De Bruyne and Rasmus Hojlund, while Scott McTominay is back on the bench against high-flying Frosinone, whose star striker Antonio Raimondo recovers.

It kicks off at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona at 19.45 UK time (20.45 CEST).

Surprisingly, after five rounds it is newly-promoted Frosinone who go into this match as the form team, securing 10 points in the last four games, including a 2-0 win over Como.

Instead, Napoli scraped a victory against Bologna and 1-1 draw with Fiorentina after back-to-back defeats to Como and Inter.

Max Allegri’s injury crisis remains, as while McTominay is in the squad for the first time over a month after his heart surgery to correct a mild benign arrhythmia, Antonio Vergara was ruled out for three weeks while on international duty for Italy.

He joins Costantino Favasuli, Alisson Santos, Frank Anguissa, Mathias Olivera and Alessandro Buongiorno on the treatment table.

Alex Meret, David Neres and Lorenzo Spinazzola have recovered, with De Bruyne on fine form for Belgium in the Nations League.

Max Allegri changes his system to a 3-4-3, using Noa Lang and Neres to flank Rasmus Hojlund.

Frosinone forward Raimondo was forced to withdraw from the Italy Under-21 squad through injury, but has made a full recovery and can start.

Florian Grillitsch and Daniel Birligea miss out, so Raimondo leads the attack with impressive wide men Giorgi Kvernadze and Fares Ghedjemis.

Italy Under-21 international goalkeeper Lorenzo Palmisani is making a real name for himself with a heroic performance against Como.

Napoli: Meret; Marin, Rrahmani, Badiashile; Di Lorenzo, De Bruyne, Lobotka, Spinazzola; Neres, Hojlund, Lang

Frosinone: Palmisani; Oyono, Calvani, Cittadini, Bracaglia; Masini, Calò; Ghedjemis, Schmid, Kvernadze; Raimondo
