Anton Taylor scammed by fraudulent visa agent

Actor and comedian Anton Taylor has opened up about having to cancel an upcoming show in Dublin, after he and his pal, Khanyisa JamJam, were scammed by a fraudulent visa agent

The duo, who were expected to perform on stage next weekend, have offered their Irish fund full refunds.

ANTON TAYLOR ON BEING SCAMMED

In a social media post, Anton Taylor and Khanyisa JamJam shared how they were forced to cancel their popular Comedians of National Unity in Dublin, Ireland, after a visa agent fled with their cash.

Anton, a Bishop’s College alumnus, said: “He took us for the biggest ride of our lives”

Anton revealed how he paid the individual – whom they named in the video –  over R13 00 to facilitate a visa for himself and his partner

“He ghosted me for six weeks. It’s the silence….he has been linked to numerous scams. It’s the same old story”.

Anton Taylor shared that he had to hire a private investigator to track down the visa agent who was in possession of his passport.

“After saying he would refund us, he ghosted us again!”
