WoW Forever: UK launch time and how to play explained

World of Warcraft Forever is finally launching today, taking us back to the game’s original 2004 setting while also adding new content for us to uncover.
WoW Forever was first announced by Blizzard at this year’s BlizzCon in September, so we haven’t had much time at all to wait before launch day.
The global multiplayer online RPG adds new areas, quests, dungeons, races, abilities and so much more – and if you don’t want to miss out, then we suggest you keep reading to find out the exact UK launch time and how to access the game.
When is the UK launch time for WoW Forever?
The UK launch time for WoW Forever is tonight (Wednesday 4 November) at 11PM – so guzzle a few energy drinks if you want to stay up for the release!
There is also a preload available on Battle.net, which is around 50 GB, so make sure you preload the game if you want to dive straight into the action as fast as possible.
Plus, if you’re already a Classic or Retail WoW player, then the file size for WoW Forever will be smaller as it shares some of the same game files.
To play WoW Forever, all you need is a standard WoW subscription, or alternatively you can purchase Game Time, which will allow you full access to WoW servers for a limited number of days as a one-time purchase.
With either the WoW subscription or Game Time access, all you need to do is download the Battle.net desktop app and sign in with your Blizzard account.
