Nick Mohammed reveals which Celebrity Traitors star would make a “brilliant winner”

Translate

The Traitors’ Nick Mohammed has given his verdict on this year’s Celebrity Traitors – and has revealed who he wants to win.

The Ted Lasso and Slow Horses actor was a devout faithful throughout the first celebrity season of the BBC favourite, making it through to the final.

He ultimately lost out to Alan Carr, who managed to deceive his co-stars while being a traitor.

Like millions of others, Nick has admitted he’s still glued in to the Scottish castle as the newest round of celebs play the deadly game of deceit – and has a favourite already.

Speaking to Radio Times at the Sky Arts Awards 2026 in London on Tuesday, he said: “Oh, my goodness me, I can't call it at all [over who will win].

“I think I did an interview and I said I would kind of love it if Jerry Hall were to win, and now having sort of seen her in action, I kind of want that to be true.

“I think she'd be a brilliant winner.”

While it’s too early to call who could come out on top, Nick is maintaining his faithful status – and is rooting for them to take home the prize money.

“I want the Faithful to win, I think. I have strong... Yeah, I think the Faithful should win this time around.”

Since appearing on the series last year, Nick has continued to be attached to the TV series, and is now set to take over from Claudia Winkleman as host of The Traitors stage show.

In a bold adaptation of the TV series, The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal will have five different scripts, with a different one each night.

While each performance starts out the same, with Traitors chosen and roundtables and murders play out before a winner is crowned, but then twists as it questions what would have happened if different players are chosen to be Traitors or eliminated.

As a result, characters who face early exits in one could be a winner in another.

In an even bigger twist, Saturday performances get the audience involved, allowing them to decide who will wear the cloak, with their choice determining which of the five plays unfolds that day.

Written by John Finnemore (Cabin Pressure) and directed by Robert Hastie, The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal will premiere at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in London on 8 June 2027.

Tickets for The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal are on sale now.
