A graduate of the University of San Carlos has been named topnotcher in the October 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.
Melanie Anne Leyson Tabornal garnered 95.97 percentage rating, the highest among 3,830 exam passers.
