Rauw Alejandro Crashes Back Into Hot Latin Songs Top 10 With ‘GTA VI’ Track ‘Macacoa 2000’

Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album makes a splash on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart, with two tracks from the upcoming 34-song set (due Nov. 19) debuting on the multimetric ranking (dated Oct. 3) —including one in the top 10.

Starting with Rauw Alejandro’s “Macacoa 2000,” the song bows at No. 10 on the chart — which mixes streaming activity, radio airplay and digital sales into its formula — fueled by 2 million official streams registered in the United States during the tracking week ending Sept. 24, according to Luminate.

The new entry marks Rauw’s 17th top 10 and first since “Khe?,” his 2024 collaboration with Romeo Santos, which took both artists to No. 3. This becomes the third solo top 10 for Rauw, among his 17. Previously, “Todo De Ti” gave him his career high, reaching No. 2 in Sept. 2021. His Frankie Ruiz tribute, “Tú Con Él” later debuted and peaked at No. 6 in November 2024.

Meanwhile, below the top 10, “Sexy Magic”— the bilingual collaboration from Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. and French DJ-producer Étienne de Crécy — debuts at No. 16, driven by 1.5 million official streams during the tracking week.

It’s the first Hot Latin Songs chart appearance for each act except Fred again.., whose two previous Hot Latin Songs entries include his first top 10, “Te Estoy Correteando,” with LATIN MAFIA, in September. The latter rises to its new No. 4 peak on the current list.

Beyond Hot Latin Songs, “Sexy Magic” scores big with two top 10 debuts: No. 8 on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs and No. 2 on Hot Latin Pop Songs.

The collaboration marks a milestone for Crécy, who lands a triple-chart showing — including two top 10s — on his first visit to the Billboard charts.
