LCI Industries confirms unsolicited bid from Monomoy at $101/share in cash

Translate

LCI Industries (LCII) confirmed it received an unsolicited, non-binding acquisition proposal from Monomoy Capital Partners to buy the company for $101 per share in cash.

The proposal comes as LCI remains bound by its June 30, 2026, merger agreement with Patrick Industries (PATK), which calls for an all-stock combination to create a component solutions provider serving the outdoor recreation, housing and transportation markets.

Under that agreement, LCI shareholders will receive 1.2440 shares of Patrick common stock for each share of LCI common stock they own.

LCI’s board continues to recommend the Patrick merger but will evaluate Monomoy’s proposal, in consultation with independent financial and legal advisers, in accordance with its fiduciary duties. The company said it will update shareholders in due course.

In a separate release, Patrick Industries reaffirmed its agreement to combine with LCI Industries.

LCII shares were up 4.6% premarket to $94.
