‘Tracker’ Promotes Cassady McClincy Zhang To Series Regular For Season 4

EXCLUSIVE: Cassady McClincy Zhang has been promoted to series regular for Season 4 of CBS‘ Tracker.
Zhang has recurred since last season as Reenie’s sharp new hire Mel, who is eager to prove herself on Colter’s cases.
She now joins Justin Hartley (Colter Shaw), Fiona Rene (Reenie), and Chris Lee (Randy) among the show’s series regulars.
Zhang was previously a series regular on The Walking Dead. She also recurred on Castle Rock and Chicago Med. Her feature film credits include Do Revenge and Love, Simon. She can soon be seen starring in the upcoming features And Out Comes the Wolf, The Snare and May and the Woodsman.
She is repped by CESD, Untitled Entertainment, and Sloane, Offer, Weber & Dern.
Tracker returns for Season 4 on Sunday, October 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. The premiere episode will also stream on Paramount+.
Tracker, based on the bestselling novel The Never Game by Jeffery Deaver, stars Hartley as Colter Shaw, a lone-wolf survivalist who driven by the troubles of his past, uses his instincts to find the missing and collect rewards. Following last season’s explosive finale, Colter is wrestling with hard truths about his family’s history. In the wake of these shocking revelations, and aided by his trusted team, Colter must put the past in the rearview to focus on what he does best: using his instincts and survival skills to find the missing and collect rewards.
The series is produced by 20th Television. Hartley, Ken Olin, Elwood Reid, Sharon Lee Watson, Alex Katsnelson, Travis Donnelly, and Ryan O’Nan executive produce. Fiona Rene also stars as Reenie.
