Matt Friend Signs With Range Media Partners (EXCLUSIVE)

Translate

Matt Friend has signed with Range Media Partners for representation.

The 28-year-old comedian has gone viral on social media for his arsenal of impressions, which includes 250 distinct voices from Donald Trump to Rami Malek.

Friend has made a name for himself performing impressions in front of the subjects themselves. He’s done Barack Obama with the former president, he’s accosted Andy Cohen and Will Arnett on the street and he’s imitated the host of “The Howard Stern Show” while sitting on its famous couch. He has amassed over 5 million followers across social media platforms.

Friend has also become a fixture of many red carpets including the Golden Globes and Netflix’s “Roast of Kevin Hart.” And his appearances include “The Drew Barrymore Show,” “Good Morning America,” “The Today Show,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and MSNBC, CNN and Fox News, where he tickles the conservative hosts with his Trump impression. In 2024, he appeared at the White House Correspondents Dinner, where he did Trump for then-President Joe Biden.

He has anchored events like the Snappy Awards and NHL Awards, and he hosted a CNN special called “America Laughs With Matt Friend,” which had a political bent. In October, he debuted a comedy segment on Prime Video’s “Thursday Night Football.”

On television, Friend’s voice credits include “The Simpsons” and “Family Guy.” (He played a version of Jeff Goldblum on both animated series.) He will also be heard in the upcoming “CoComelon: The Movie,” due 2027.

Friend continues to be represented by CAA, Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis, and Hansen, Jacobson, Teller.
