Weather: Rain and fresh winds to dominate one province

KWAZULU-NATAL
Morning fog will cover parts of the central and western interior, while partly cloudy to cloudy conditions will bring cool to warm weather, with isolated showers and rain in places across the south.
Along the coast, light to moderate south-westerly winds will blow north of Richards Bay.
Elsewhere, northerly to north-easterly winds will spread towards Kosi Bay by midday and become fresh in the extreme north during the afternoon.
