Bigg Boss 20: Manoj Tiwari's daughter breaks down recalling parents' divorce

Manoj Tiwari’s daughter Rhiti Tiwari, who is currently a contestant on Bigg Boss 20, recently spoke about one of the most difficult and emotional periods of her life. During the latest episode, she opened up about her parents' divorce and custody battle.

She revealed that she did not get to spend much time with her father, Manoj Tiwari, during her childhood. Recalling her parents' divorce, Rhiti shared that she was just eight-years-old when her parents' technically separated and their divorce was legally completed when she was nine. She broke down as she spoke about how her father fought to get her custody during that difficult time.When fellow contestant Amrapali Dubey asked Rhiti if her father Manoj Tiwari fought for her custody, she shared, "Yes.

In fact, I think mere dad ko bahot time tak umeed thi ki they will get back together."Speaking about how the separation phase was emotionally challenging for both them, Rhiti revealed that whenever they met, they would always end up crying. An emotional Rhiti, said, “Usmein hum kuch kar hi nahi sakte the.”She added that she tried to make the most of every meeting with her father and spend as much time with him as possible.

She would even teach him English. Rhiti also recalled when Manoj Tiwari’s second wife, Surbhi Tiwari, entered his life and said that she was genuinely happy for them.Rhiti shared, “Jab unke life mein Surbhi aaye to mujhse zyada khush koi nahi tha."She further expressed her love for both her parents and said, “Mujhe meri Maa bahut pyaari hai par woh bhi to mere Baap hain.”For the uninitiated, Manoj Tiwari got married twice and has three daughter from both the marriages. He tied the knot with his first wife, Rani Tiwari, in 1999, and the couple parted ways and got divorced spending 11 years together. They have a daughter, Rhiti Tiwari, who is currently a contestant on Bigg Boss 20. Manoj later married Surabhi Tiwari on April 26, 2020. The couple has two daughters.
