Ben Affleck, who shares three children, Violet, 20; Fin, 17; and Samuel, 14, with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, recently shared a hilarious anecdote about them. The award-winning star recently revealed that all three of his children are no longer interested in his advice, especially when it comes to dating.

While featuring in one of the latest episodes of ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’, the beloved actor revealed how his bond with his children is. The 54-year-old admitted that his kids are now at an age where they do not wish to get any kind of advice from him, especially when it comes to dating.He recalled, “Now I, like, give advice or try to talk to them like a parent, as you do.

But what I’ve found is that now it’s not only one teenager rolling their eyes… now I catch them giving each other looks. And I realise I’m the caricature in this story. I see them be like, ‘Dad is saying this and that…’” He also recalled a moment that he shared with his children, where they even roasted him for his dating choices in the past.Looking back on the moment, the actor shared that they had been having dinner together and were discussing their friends and other “drama” from school. When the conversation shifted to their relationships, Affleck added, “And I have some lived experience, I think, that’s worth sharing, some lessons that I [learned].” However, once he started giving some advice, his son, Fitz, interfered and commented, “Oh, like you’re the expert on relationships?”Joking about the matter, Affleck admitted, “I couldn’t imagine I wouldn’t be the cool dad.”

In another instance, he shared that they had headed out to a bookstore, where there was a book on the shelf, ‘I’m Sorry For Everything.' Fitz had not let the chance go and had specifically pointed the book out to him and told him, "Oh, look, Dad, it’s your autobiography.” He, however, concluded by adding, "I was kind of proud of them, though.
