After it was announced that Daredevil: Born Again season 3 will be the show's last, one of the series' stars revealed the MCU future of its characters.

Among all of Marvel's TV shows, the one about the Man Without Fear is one of the series that viewers have become the most invested in. That is why there was a lot of interest in what would come next for the cast of Daredevil: Born Again once it was revealed that the series would be ending. Now, one of the show's stars has given a significant update on what is in store for the series' main characters and the actors who brought them to life.

On October 24, the Pop Off Show posted on X to reveal that Vincent D'Onofrio had addressed whether key Daredevil: Born Again actors would continue in their roles after season 3 ends. While speaking to the outlet, the actor explicitly stated that he will be back as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, Charlie Cox will continue to portray Matt Murdock/Daredevil, and Wilson Bethel will embody Bullseye again. He went on to say, "It's not over."

While D'Onofrio's comments are very exciting for anyone who has enjoyed the seasons of Daredevil: Born Again, he did clarify that nothing specific is in the works right now. As the outlet noted, he remarked that he wasn't sure what projects the actors would be back for. However, he ultimately added that the actors' runs as their Daredevil characters won't end until their parts are recast, which he stated isn't happening.

While considering D'Onofrio's comments, it is important not to read anything into the fact that he only mentioned himself, Cox, and Bethel. As the MCM London Comic Con Facebook account notes, those three actors appeared together onstage on October 24. That means he discussed Cox and Bethel specifically because they were the ones sitting onstage beside him at the time. As a result, it seems very likely that his remarks also apply to the other actors who helped Daredevil: Born Again garner great reviews, including Deborah Ann Woll.

Given the history of the MCU, D'Onofrio's confidence that he and his Daredevil: Born Again co-stars aren't done with their roles makes perfect sense. After all, Cox memorably appeared in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Then, Jon Bernthal had a starring role in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which Rosario Dawson filmed a cut cameo for after she appeared in Netflix's Daredevil series. Clearly, the MCU movies have been embracing Daredevil actors. Additionally, there are many moviegoers who would love to see D'Onofrio's Kingpin square off against Tom Holland's Spider-Man on the big screen.
