Fast-rising Kenyan Gengetone musician Edgar, popularly known by his stage name Stoopid Boy, was laid to rest on Wednesday, September 16, at his mother’s ancestral home in Kipipiri, Nyandarua County.

The funeral brought to a close weeks of emotional uncertainty following the hitmaker’s passing on August 27, 2026.
