President Cyril Ramaphosa has lifted the precautionary suspension of National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola.

Masemola is to resume his duties on Monday.

This is after charges of contravening the Public Finance Management Act against Masemola were withdrawn in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court last month.
