Updated:

The transfer window closes tomorrow and it's sure to be a busy last few hours as several clubs look to make big signings before 11pm.

Here are today's latest developments from Simon Jones and the Daily Mail Sport team...

Decision time for Elliott over Valencia move

SIMON JONES:

Valencia remain hopeful of agreement for Liverpool’s Harvey Elliott, but the England U21 international will need to take a cut in salary to help the move happen.

Wrexham eye Blades star O'Hare

SIMON JONES:

Wrexham are showing interest in Sheffield United attacking midfielder Callum O’Hare.

The ambitious Welsh side are juggling a number of targets with 36 hours of the window to go.

Versatile O’Hare, 28, scored eight goals last season.

Wrexham had also tried for Millwall’s Femi Azeez but he is expected to join Brighton, who are putting in a revised bid.

Forest in talks over Murphy as Hammers ask about Morato

SIMON JONES:

Nottingham Forest are continuing discussions for Newcastle United winger Jacob Murphy.

Forest have also received an enquiry from West Ham for 25-year-old defender Morato, who has been talking to Roma.

The Hammers are also among the clubs to have enquired for Hull City’s Ryan Giles, along with Wolves and Burnley.

Two loan outgoings at Spurs

Tottenham's 19-year-old midfielder Mikey Moore (below) is set for a move to Cologne and left back Souza, 20, is finalising his move to Porto - both deals on season-long loans.

Palace signing Honest before his Chelsea move

BOBBY MANZI:

Crystal Palace are working on a deal to loan centre-back Honest Ahanor from Atalanta.

The 18-year-old has agreed to join fellow Premier League side Chelsea from next summer but will first settle into the Premier League at Palace in a mutually beneficial move.

Palace’s loan deal is with Atalanta because they have already used their domestic loan spots - including Axel Disasi, who is on loan from Chelsea. The teenager made 28 appearances in Serie A for Atalanta last season.

Palace remain open to adding a centre-back on a permanent deal, too, but insist they will not panic buy before Tuesday’s deadline.

Fulham go in for another Real star

SIMON JONES:

Fulham are working on a deal for 22-year-old Real Madrid midfielder Manuel Angel.

The Spain U20 international played against Manchester City in the champions League last season and made seven first-team appearances last season under coach Alvaro Arbeloa, now Fulham boss.

The club have already signed Gonzalo Garcia and Cesar Palacios from Arbeloa's former club this summer.

Everton are closing in on an agreement for Jack Grealish from Manchester City.

The 30-year-old spent last season on loan there. Another loan has been discussed but the deal could yet turn into a permanent move.

Beto in Florence for £15m deal

Everton striker Beto is expected in Florence today to sign for Fiorentina as the clubs finalise a £15million transfer.

Everton have a loan offer in for USA international Folarin Balogun from Monaco and are also holding talks over a £25m deal for Richarlison from Tottenham . That deal will involve a further £10m in add-ons.

Spurs and Everton are also discussing the £60m transfer of Iliman Ndiaye. The Senegal international has turned down several contract offers from Everton over the past 12 months.

Everton are also finalising a £9.4m deal for Fulham's Kenny Tete.

Juve's Zirkzee proposal

SIMON JONES:

Juventus are proposing a £2m loan fee for Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee with an option to buy for £26m.

United want an obligation to buy at £30m for the Netherlands international.

The Italians are also still considering the merits of a loan for Newcastle's Nick Woltemade.
