Big Tree launches Santuari Kita for mental well-being

Translate

KUALA LUMPUR: Big Tree, a Malaysian out-of-home (OOH) advertising solutions provider and a subsidiary of Media Prima Bhd, has launched Santuari Kita, a community-driven campaign to promote mental well-being.

The campaign, under the Ruang Rehat initiative, supports World Mental Health Day and invites Malaysians to share messages of hope, encouragement and kindness. The messages will collectively build a digital garden symbolising compassion, resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Running from Oct 10 to Nov 8, the campaign encourages the public to visit ruangrehat.my and submit original messages of encouragement.

Each message contributes to an interactive digital garden, with every submission prompting a flower to bloom. The garden represents Malaysians coming together to support one another through simple acts of kindness.

Throughout the campaign, selected messages will appear in the digital garden through interactive butterflies carrying words of hope.

At the end of the campaign, the top 12 messages will be showcased on Big Tree's digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens, bringing positivity beyond the digital space and into commuters' daily journeys.

The top three winners will receive prizes worth up to RM5,000, including a water villa stay and spa packages.

Another nine consolation winners will receive cash vouchers in recognition of their contributions to the campaign.

"At Big Tree, we are continuously exploring how OOH can create value beyond advertising.

"Through Santuari Kita, we are transforming our digital network into a platform for community participation, where messages of hope and encouragement become meaningful reminders that inspire Malaysians in their everyday journeys," said Big Tree Outdoor Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Muhamad Fariz Mustafa.

Building on Ruang Rehat, Media Prima's mental well-being initiative, Santuari Kita encourages Malaysians to move beyond awareness and help create a supportive community through positive words and shared experiences.

By combining digital participation with Big Tree's DOOH network, the campaign demonstrates how technology, creativity and public spaces can foster meaningful conversations about mental well-being.

The public can participate by visiting ruangrehat.my.

Every encouraging message helps the digital garden bloom, reflecting Malaysians' collective compassion and reminding them that even a few kind words can make a meaningful difference.
