RuPaul's Drag Race UK series 8 crowns its last ever winner

RuPaul's Drag Race UK has crowned its season eight winner before the beloved competition sashays away for one last time. The spin-off show began in 2019 and has introduced us to 91 queens from across the UK and Ireland.
In September, it was announced that season eight would be the last RuPaul's Drag Race UK, making its winner the final queen to take home the crown and a cash prize of £25,000.

After 12 queens sashayed into the werkroom 10 weeks ago, only four finalists remained for tonight's final episode: Naya Thorn from Dudley, Alik from Brighton, Mocha from Essex, and Flesh from London.
The contestants' final challenge saw them work with choreographer Claudimar Neto to perform a mega mix of Drag Race UK's most iconic girl group songs.
The finale included judging panel Michelle Visage, Alan Carr, and Graham Norton alongside RuPaul, and was joined by this season's eliminated queens and season seven winner Bones.
The season eight queens walked the catwalk for one last time - both for this season and the show as a whole - and performed a musical number with the four finalists to celebrate the legacy the show has created.
The four queens were whittled down to three with Alik being voted off, leaving Flesh, Mocha, and Naya Thorn to lip sync for the crown.

Following the epic lip-sync battle, RuPaul declared Flesh the winner, and Bones officially handed over the crown and scepter to the final reigning champion.
It was a particularly touching moment, with Flesh and Bones being close friends outside of the show, and both being part of the Heavenly Bodies drag family.
Speaking about their win, Flesh said: "Ooh my god, this is crazy! I am over the moon, RuPaul where is my cheque?! To be here with Bones is just the perfect moment; this is everything I have ever dreamed of and more, and I am so proud of myself!"
