Raphinha scored a hattrick as Barcelona maintained its perfect record in La Liga with a 7-2 hammering of Racing Santander on Wednesday.
He now has 11 goals in all competitions this season after being forced to depart the FIFA World Cup 2026 early.
Alongside the Brazilian forward’s treble, there were also goals for Joao Cancelo, Gabriel Jesus, and Lamine Yamal as the Catalans continued their excellent early-season form.
Racing managed two consolation goals through Maguette Gueye and Yassir Zabiri.
In fact, Barcelona’s dominance could have been more but for the intervention of Julen Agirrezabala, who saved a penalty from Yamal after Karim Adeyemi was fouled in the box.

The only negative for Barcelona is an injury to goalkeeper Joan Garcia, who was forced off at half-time after appearing to injure himself slipping on a wet pitch.
Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid cruised to a comfortable win over Osasuna despite the absence of the injured Julian Alvarez.
Jonathan David, Lee Kang-in, Robin Le Normand and Alex Baena all found the net as Diego Simeone’s side ran riot.
“We controlled it in the first half even though we weren’t clinical,” said Simeone. “We were clinical in the second half and controlled the game.”
The victory keeps it in third place with 13 points, level with fourth place Sevilla.
