KLIA Ekspres services disrupted by cable cut

Translate

KUALA LUMPUR: KLIA Ekspres services were disrupted this morning following a cable cut between Putrajaya and Cyberjaya and Salak Tinggi stations.

In a statement of Facebook, the operator said the combined train service would remain in effect until further notice.

Since 5am, trains have been operating every 20 minutes from both KL Sentral and KLIA Terminal 2, stopping at all stations.

The operator said its technical team was working to rectify the issue and restore normal train services as soon as possible.

Passengers have been advised to check with station personnel for the latest updates and assistance.

The operator apologised for the inconvenience and thanked passengers for their patience and understanding.

NST has contacted the authorities for comment on the incident.
