  • Clearfield (CLFD) has announced that Cheri Beranek will retire as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer effective March 31, 2027, and that the board will begin a search for her successor.
  • Beranek co-founded Clearfield in 2008 and has served as CEO for roughly two decades; she will remain in her current role until her successor is appointed or until her retirement date, and thereafter will continue employment in a non-director role as President and Chief Executive Officer Emeritus.
