Great Britain must defy the odds if they're to beat the Czech Republic in the second round of the Billie Jean King Cup 2026.

The two nations meet in the quarter-finals of the international team tennis competition on Tuesday in Shenzhen, China, and only one can progress to the next stage.

While there is plenty of talent in Great Britain's ranks – with Harriet Dart, Katie Boulter, Sonay Kartal, Mika Stojsavljevic and Jodie Burrage making up the five-strong squad – all five of the Czech team have a higher singles ranking.

The 11-time champions boast a frightening group, which includes Wimbledon champion Linda Nosková and beaten SW19 finalist Karolína Muchová, as well as Kateřina Siniaková, who is the top-ranked women's doubles player in the world.

The best-of-three tie begins with two singles matches and finishes with a doubles contest – all of which are available free for UK viewers.
