Krystal Reyes gives birth to first child

Former child star Krystal Reyes has welcomed her first child with her non-showbiz husband, Lawrence Dela Cruz.
Reyes announced the birth in an Instagram post on Sunday, Sept. 13, sharing photos of herself in a hospital bed while carrying her newborn.
“Worth the wait, worth every prayer. You are our greatest blessing anak, Mommy & Daddy love you endlessly,” she wrote in the caption.

According to Reyes, they welcomed their baby boy, Calen Law, on Sept. 12. The post also included a selfie of the now family of three.

In April, just weeks after announcing her pregnancy, Reyes revealed that she and Dela Cruz were expecting a baby boy.

Reyes and Dela Cruz got engaged in March 2024.
Reyes rose to fame through her role in GMA Network’s “Bakekang” (2006). She later became a household name for her performance in “Princess Charming” (2007).

The former child star also appeared in the television shows and films, including “Anna Karenina,” “Mga Mata ni Anghelita,” “Hiram na Puso,” and “Hindi Ka Na Mag-iisa,”
In 2007, Reyes, together with Pia Arcangel and Tonipet Gaba, won the Best Children’s Show Host award at the PMPC Star Awards for Television for “Art Angel.” The program was also named Best Children’s Show for three consecutive years.
