On September 25, the ‘Saturday Night Live’ star joined his wife, Scarlett Johansson, on the red carpet at the 64th New York Film Festival, where her upcoming film, ‘Paper Tigers,' had its official premiere. The couple colour-coordinated for the night, opting to wear all shades of grey.The ‘Avengers: Endgame’ star wore a grey mini-length bodycon dress along with a pair of contrasting strappy silver heels.

She accessorised with several rings, a grey bracelet, and a light pink handbag. She kept her hair straight and added a pop of colour to her outfit for the night with a bold red lip. Her husband of six years matched her look, wearing a sleek three-piece grey suit with a pink button-down shirt. To complete the outfit of the night, the ‘SNL’ star wore a maroon tie, along with a simple pair of dress shoes.

The last time they were photographed together like this was at the 2025 Emmys at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles. For the unversed, Johansson and Jost have been together since 2017, although they first met in 2006. Jost had just joined ‘SNL’ as a writer and was in his first year, while the ‘Lost in Translation’ star had joined the show for one of their episodes as a celebrity host.

When she returned to the comedy skit show in 2017, the two reconnected and started dating. They got engaged in May 2019 and married in October 2020.The two welcomed their first child together, their son named Cosmo, in August 2021. Jost was the one who shared the news online on his Instagram account. Johansson also has a daughter, Rose, from her previous marriage to Romain Dauriac.
