港大研究指兒童性侵犯案判刑持續偏輕 近35年性罪行平均監禁刑期低於10年 倡設判刑委員會

TALK Hong Kong今（20日）舉辦新聞發布會，發表委託香港大學的研究報告《香港兒童性侵犯罪行判刑（1990-2025）：司法理據之實證分析及加強保護兒童之建議》。報告指，法庭判刑持續偏輕，加刑因素比重不一致，倡議設立「判刑委員會」；為從源頭預防兒童性侵犯，TALK Hong Kong新推出「Stop It Now HK」平台，協助可能傷害兒童的人士，希望從源頭預防。
