Beam Global (BEEM) reported preliminary Q3 revenue of ~$6.2M, up 8% Y/Y from $5.8M a year earlier, as the company prepares to expand into drone technology through its pending acquisition of ScoutDI.

On October 7, Beam Global (BEEM) agreed to acquire Norway-based drone technology developer ScoutDI for ~$24M in cash and stock. ScoutDI develops drone systems and AI-powered software for industrial inspections in confined spaces.

The company will file final Q3 numbers on or before November 16, 2026.

The stock price traded about 2% higher on Tuesday during pre-market hours.
