AutoCanada acquires 2 collision repair facilities

  • AutoCanada (ACQ:CA) said on Thursday that it acquired two Colorworks Autobody collision repair facilities in Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, expanding its Metro Vancouver footprint and adding about 12,100 square feet of collision repair capacity.
  • The company also said that it has engaged TD Securities as its exclusive financial advisor for the strategic review of its collision operations, which was announced on September 29, 2026.
  • Collectively, the locations hold certifications covering Volvo, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, Honda, Acura, Genesis, Ford, Stellantis, and Toyota.
  • Post-acquisition, these locations will operate as ACX Coquitlam and ACX PoCo, supported by AutoCanada's national collision platform, insurer relationships, OEM partnerships, and operational best practices.
