ETimes rates 'VIBE' 3.5 stars

ETimes gave 'VIBE' 3.5 stars out of 5. The review reads, "Vibe is one of those films where the screenplay and sheer entertainment quotient elevate a fairly basic premise. The banter and comic set pieces are top-notch in the first half. The tonality shifts after the interval as the action takes over. The narrative becomes more convoluted and loses momentum in places as it packs in the terrorist plot, spy antics and increasingly outlandish twists. There are familiar tropes, too, including the Sipahi 1 pill that transforms Hardik into a fierce soldier and a surprise entry that saves the day during the climactic fight. Yet, despite these contrivances, the movie remains breezy and engaging enough to keep you invested.

Hardik and Bugs’s training to become spies, in particular, makes for a hilarious track."DISCLAIMER: The box office numbers and the data in this article are compiled from public and industry sources.
