Meanwhile, in-person classes on Monday, Oct. 19, to Tuesday, 20, will shift to alternative modes of learning. Faculty members were also advised to work from home.

According to the campus, the face-to-face class suspensions were due to the increasing reports of influenza-like illnesses in the campus.

“Dormers, except those going home with their parents after the parent-teacher conference, may leave after classes on October 15 (today, Thursday),” it said.

It then advised students, faculty, and other staff with flu-like illness symptoms to the Health Services Unit via healthservices@pshs.edu.ph or consult directly with Dr. Marjulis Cruz. /mr
