India batter Jemimah Rodrigues announced her return to training after spending a spell on the sidelines due to injury.
The ODI World Cup-winner missed the recently concluded Women’s Asia Cup 2026, which saw India lift its eighth overall title after beating Sri Lanka by 72 runs in the final.
Jemimah was ruled out of the Asia Cup after she sustained an injury during the Women’s Hundred earlier in the year. Pratika Rawal was called up as an injury replacement.
“Forty-one days later, I am finally back at the crease!” Jemimah, who will also miss the upcoming Asian Games, shared a video of herself in the nets on Instagram.
