286th “Zad al-Ezza” Egyptian aid convoy enters Gaza
The 286th humanitarian aid truck convoy “Zad Al-Ezza… From Egypt to Gaza,” began entering on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, to Gaza Strip via Rafah terminal toward the Karam Abu Salem crossing, in preparation for delivery into the strip.
The trucks included in the convoy are carrying large quantities of food and relief aid, which include food items and baskets, flour, fresh bread, legumes, canned foods, medicines, personal care supplies, tents, clothing and petroleum products.
The trucks are subject to inspection by the occupation authorities before being allowed into the strip.
The Egyptian Red Crescent said that the aid convoy carried tons of various humanitarian assistance.
The Egyptian Red Crescent has maintained a presence at the border since the crisis began, with the Rafah crossing never being closed on the Egyptian side. It has also remained on standby at all logistical centers and continued efforts to deliver humanitarian and relief aid, supported by more than 75,000 volunteers.
