Lights, camera, LISA! The BLACKPINK member has announced the second single from her upcoming Press Play EP, this time paying tribute to one of modern cinema’s most iconic directors: Quentin Tarantino.

The K-pop performer announced Wednesday (Oct. 14) that “Tarantino” would be arriving in exactly one week and shared the single’s artwork, a circular photo of LISA hiding her face behind a red envelope. On TikTok, she also shared the cover art along with a snippet of the track.

“Got my nails really long like the barrel of my gun and my lipstick all over your face,” she sings with her signature swagger over pounding percussion. “It’s a movie, baby, come and press play.”

The song will arrive at the same time as the rest of the Press Play set on Oct. 23. It was led by “SaWaDiKa,” which debuted at No. 69 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 23 on the Billboard Global 200 in September. LISA previously dropped her debut solo album, Alter Ego, in 2025, peaking at No. 7 on the Billboard 200.

Speaking of the movies, LISA also recently released her own film: a documentary about her first solo year apart from BLACKPINK titled Always Lalisa, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September. The project arrived in theaters worldwide on Monday (Oct. 12).

After winning best pop at the 2026 VMAs, LISA is now gearing up for her Las Vegas residency kicking off Nov. 12. Though previously scheduled for four nights, she recently added two extra dates to the stint at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace due to “incredible fan demand.”
