LGI Homes reports 9% increase in September closings; Q3 closings up 10.4% Y/Y

LGI Homes (LGIH) reported home closing metrics for September and the third quarter of 2026, alongside its upcoming third-quarter financial results schedule.

For September 2026, the company closed 386 homes, including 8 single-family rental homes, marking a 9.0% increase over the 354 homes closed in September 2025.

For the third quarter of 2026, home closings totaled 1,222 units, including 33 single-family rental homes, representing a 10.4% Y/Y rise from 1,107 homes in the prior-year period.

As of September 30, 2026, LGI Homes operated 151 active selling communities.

The company plans to release its full third-quarter 2026 financial results before the market opens on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
