Translate

Marvel’s Wolverine comes out tomorrow exclusively on PlayStation 5, and for you X-Men fanatics who just can’t get enough of Logan, you might be desperate to know if there’s a New Game Plus to try out.

This globe-trotting adventure sees Wolverine reunite with Team X to take down Bolivar Trask, a man with an agenda against mutants. However, beyond taking down villains, this game also dives into Logan’s past, exploring traumas and uncovering deep-rooted lore.

And if you want to know everything there is about the game, then these articles just might be for you:

Insomniac’s previous Spider-Man games all feature a New Game Plus mode, so is the same true for Marvel’s Wolverine?

The short answer – yes! Wolverine lovers everywhere can breathe a sigh of relief as the game does have a New Game Plus mode which will be available at launch.

On completing the main story of the game, a 'Congratulations!' screen will appear detailing everything accessible for players in the expanded mode, from collectibles to new challenges.

The message finishes with a simple 'Good luck, bub!', encouraging players to explore everything the game has to offer.

But how exactly does this New Game Plus mode work? Keep reading to find out!

How does New Game Plus work in Marvel’s Wolverine?

You can tear through Marvel’s Wolverine all over again in the 'New Game+' feature, as well as conquer all the Nightmare Trials to unlock more memories and uncover Logan’s past.

Once you’ve reached max level using the Mission Replay mechanic, if there’s any remaining Nightmare Doors, Material Crates or Whiskey Bottles, hunt them down to be a true completionist.

Finally, for those of you looking for a challenge, try out 'The Best There Is' difficulty for something to really sink your claws into.

Alongside all these challenges and collectibles, you can also expand your customisation with more Strands and game-altering Adaptations in New Game Plus.
