Practical Magic 2 is now available to watch at home after only one month in cinemas

Practical Magic 2 is now available to watch at home, just one month after its cinema release. The sequel hit cinemas on September 10 and has grossed $102 million worldwide to date. While that's more than the original movie made, the box office result has still fallen short of expectations.
A follow-up to the 1998 cult classic, the recently released sequel sees Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman reprise their roles as Sally and Gillian Owens, respectively.
Also reprising their roles after 28 years are Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest, who return as eccentric aunts Frances and Jet, with Maisie Williams and Joey King joining the cast as Sally's daughters Antonia and Kylie.

In our review, Digital Spy wrote: "If all you're after is to see the Owens sisters in a (slightly) different story, with the aunts wearing more excellent clothes, then you'll find something to enjoy in Practical Magic 2. But if you were hoping for more of the same magic, there's no spark to be found here."
