How to get CoD MW4 campaign early access and DMZ explained

If you're excited for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, then you may be pleased to know that you can get one-week early access for the campaign.

Not only that, but the game's extraction shooter mode – DMZ – will also be coming out before the game fully launches.

Can't wait for either? Here's what you need to know about how to get the CoD MW4 campaign and DMZ early access.

In order to get early access to the Modern Warfare 4 campaign, you need to pre-order a digital copy of the game.

While usually, early access is limited to pre-orders of certain editions of the game, in this case, early access is available to everyone who pre-orders, whether you get the Standard or Vault Edition.

The option is also available to both console and PC players, so there's not really any downside here!

CoD MW4 campaign early access begins on 16 October 2026, a full week before the game's full launch.
