Scully Royalty sues former CEO Samuel Morrow to recover C$2.1M in alleged misappropriated funds

  • Scully Royalty (SRL) on Monday said that it is commencing action against its former CEO, Samuel Morrow, C.F.A., of Groton, Massachusetts, his personal Marshall Islands holding company, Boardwalk Ltd. and its other beneficial shareholder, Victoria Morrow, to, among other claims, recover wrongfully misappropriated funds of approximately C$2.1 million.
