Red Seat Ventures Inks Caleb Hammer’s ‘Financial Audit’ to Ad Sales, Distribution Deal (Exclusive)

Fox’s Red Seat Ventures has struck a partnership with Caleb Hammer’s Financial Audit.

Per the agreement, Red Seat Ventures, which exists within Fox’s Tubi Media Group, will be the exclusive audio and video ad sales partner with the podcast, and distribute the show on Tubi, as well as on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and more.

In Financial Audit, Hammer brings in guests in financial trouble and tries to find solutions, after grilling them on their salary, debt, spending habits and long-term goals, while also unearthing information about their relationships and more along the way. Inspired by his own experience getting out of debt, Hammer launched the show on YouTube in 2022, and has since garnered more than 3.7 million subscribers.

This is the latest podcast Red Seat Ventures has partnered with, following its partnerships with Tony Hinchcliffe’s podcast Kill Tony in April and Ashley Flowers’ Crime Junkie in October 2025. Red Seat Ventures also works with a roster of podcasters including Megyn Kelly, Bill O’Reilly and Charlie Sheen, who launched a new show with them in August.

“Caleb has built an extraordinary connection with his audience by tackling a subject that can feel intimidating with honesty, humor and genuine purpose,” said Chris Balfe, CEO of Red Seat Ventures. “‘Financial Audit’ is more than a show — it is a trusted, highly engaging franchise that gives people practical tools to improve their lives. We are thrilled to partner with Caleb and his team as they expand the brand and reach even more people.”

“RSV understands what we are building with ‘Financial Audit’: content that is entertaining and most importantly, actually helps people take control of their lives,” Hammer said. “I’m excited to work with the RSV team to grow the show and keep making financial education feel relatable and impossible to ignore.”
